Circle of Hope
This program offers patients educational and financial assistance along with supportive wellness therapies in the Santa Clarita Valley cancer community. Circle of Hope helps clients access and understand the treatment process and provide financial assistance for medications, co-pays, second opinions, COBRA premiums, testing and transportation to treatments to qualified individuals.
Linda Valley Assisted Living
Linda Valley Assisted Living is a newly constructed, state-of-the-art two story community, licensed by the State of California to provide assisted living and memory care to older adults who need help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, or assistance with medications. Facility offers support groups every 3rd Tuesday of each month from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Pathways provides a variety of bereavement services to you and your community.
New Hope Grief Support Community
This group charges $40 for a nine-week series. They offer a sliding-scale; fees can be waived. No one is turned away.

The Gathering Place
The mission of The Gathering Place is to encourage healing, health, strength and confidence in those who have experienced the death (within the last two years) of a loved one.
The Compassionate Friends
The Compassionate Friends offer support groups for parents who have lost a child.
City of Hope Bereavement Support Group
This group has 12 weekly meetings where spouses, close relatives, parents, siblings and children learn about grief, mourning, healing, communication and coping strategies.
