Bridge to Home provides support services including an emergency winter shelter, case management, housing navigation, and medical clinics that help individuals and families in the Santa Clarita Valley transition out of homelessness.
This program offers patients educational and financial assistance along with supportive wellness therapies in the Santa Clarita Valley cancer community. Circle of Hope helps clients access and understand the treatment process and provide financial assistance for medications, co-pays, second opinions, COBRA premiums, testing and transportation to treatments to qualified individuals.
Linda Valley Assisted Living is a newly constructed, state-of-the-art two story community, licensed by the State of California to provide assisted living and memory care to older adults who need help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, or assistance with medications. Facility offers support groups every 3rd Tuesday of each month from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
The mission of The Gathering Place is to encourage healing, health, strength and confidence in those who have experienced the death (within the last two years) of a loved one.
This group has 12 weekly meetings where spouses, close relatives, parents, siblings and children learn about grief, mourning, healing, communication and coping strategies.
