This consortium represents a nationwide, interdisciplinary and interprofessional network of medical specialists, scientists and scholars who are exploring the relationships between health, disease, survivorship and fertility preservation in young cancer patients.
LiveStrong Foundation – Fertility
Lance Armstrong Foundation provides information, resources and support to cancer patients and survivors at risk for infertility as a result of cancer treatment.
Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance): Long Term Disability pays benefits to you and certain members of your family if you are “insured,” meaning that you worked long enough and paid Social Security taxes.
SSI (Supplemental Security Income): Pays benefits based on financial need. SSI makes monthly payments to people who have low income and few resources and are age 65 or older, blind or disabled.

Financial assistance to young adults as they move forward with their lives after cancer.

Provides non-emergency, long-distance ground transportation to financially disadvantaged patients who can walk without help.
Road To Recovery
This program provides a ride to an from treatment sites for cancer patients who do not have transportation. Call to be matched with a driver.
Mercy Medical Angels
Free or low cost transportationfor medical evaluations, diagnosis or treatment.
Corporate Angel Network
Arranges free air transportation for people with cancer traveling to treatment using empty seats on private or corporate jets.
